Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We have been supplying international projects for over 20 years. All deliveries are organized directly from our production location.
Do you have a warehouse in the EU or Switzerland?
No. We do not have a warehouse in the EU or Switzerland. Products are shipped directly from our production location.
Who do you usually work with?
We mainly supply public water utilities, contractors, project developers and other professional clients.
What is the minimum order quantity?
We focus on large projects with a project value above EUR 1’000’000 and medium-sized projects with a project value above EUR 250’000.
The minimum shipping quantity is one container. We do not sell individual parts, spare parts, or smaller quantities.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on the product, quantity, destination, and production schedule. We will provide an estimated delivery timeframe with our quotation.
Do your products meet international quality standards?
Yes. Our products are manufactured according to recognized industry standards. Available certificates or product documents can be provided upon request.
Do you offer technical support or engineering services?
No. We do not offer technical support, engineering services, planning services, or on- site consultation. Clients are responsible for involving qualified specialists for technical planning, approvals, and local regulations.
Can products be customized?
Depending on the product, quantity, and requirements, customization may be possible. Please send us your specifications so we can check feasibility.
Who is responsible for customs, duties, and taxes?
Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and local charges depend on the destination country and agreed delivery terms. These details will be clarified during the quotation process.
